Shipping Policies

Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST on a business day will usually be shipped the same day Via UPS ground. Fees are based on the actual UPS shipping charge plus $1.50 handling.

Return Policy

We at kickcrime.com will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. If an item needs to be returned please email  customerservice@kickcrime.com We will send you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. We cannot accept returns without a RMA number.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
